Carl contacted me before starting the job and arrived on time. Will be using his service as my plasterer, very pleased and highly recommended.

Very pleased with the work Carl did for us. Plasterwork repair and skim internal masonry wall. Very friendly guy, good quick work at a fair price. Good communication.

I can highly recommend Carl. He is very. communicative, an excellent professional and a high quality plasterer who offers excellent value for money and works quickly and tidily. He also starts at 7:30am or earlier which is absolutely fabulous.

Great service, work is spot on and reasonably priced, he even picked up a few extra jobs at a more than fair price and is just generally a nice bloke to deal with. Will be using Carl again in a couple weeks

Carl appeared to a good contractor. He arrived on time and was pleasant to deal with. My issue is with the quality of the work. I’ve been in construction for 40years and the quality of the plastering job that Carl did for me is some of the worst that I’ve seen. The walls aren’t level, the plastering is bumpy and there’s large holes around the electrical accessories. I spoke to Carl about it and we agreed that he would give me £300 back, from what I had already paid, so that I could get someone else to come.

I carried out all quoted works to a very good standard as I always have, as you can see from 99 % of my reviews. As a goodwill gesture I returned £200 to Bill a month ago, regarding the additional £100, our agreement was contingent upon Bill obtaining a quote from a painter. Since that condition wasn’t met, I couldn’t provide the extra amount. . I always go above and beyond with my customers and always make the experience an enjoyable one.

I would also be happy to show any customers the before and after photos and all communications between myself and Bill on this project. If Bill would like to send the quote over when he is ready for the decoration to begin, I am still happy to send over the additional £100 as to our agreement.

I will upload photos showing the very poor workmanship. This isn’t just my opinion. The bathroom fitter and carpenter working on the project have both commented on the very poor standard of plastering that Carl produced.
