Really disappointed with Callan. He did not have the competence for the job as the central heating system was more complex than he had seen before. This is not my complaint though. My complaint is that he did not fully tighten a valve in the hot water pipe which runs through my garage so nearly flooded it and he left the bed rooms completely without any heat - none of the upstairs radiators work now and he took one of the valves. That's either theft or just absent mindedness. He also doesn't return calls.

I would highly recommend, didn't take long charged a fair price and was easy to get on with.

Very polite and did a good job. We had a slight unexpected problem with a tap afterwards, but he came back straight away and sorted it all out. Very knowledgable, competent and would definitely recommend him to others.
