Evoke Property Services Ltd is a company which covers many aspects of the building trade. Primarily, we specialise in HMO housing, but our work encompasses both domestic and commercial properties as well the education sector. Using a small experienced team of friendly, professional, and reliable tradesmen, our aim is to provide a service that can be trusted to not only carry out work to a high standard but to deliver on time and under budget. We mainly operate in and around the London area; however, Evoke Property Services also covers sections of the south east of England.

Gary came to do fitting of plaster cornice on 4 walls of my bedroom and paint over newly plastered walls and ceiling. From the beginning it was obvious he was willing to listen to what I wanted and not what was easiest for him. Hallway and stairs were covered and protected prior to work and before leaving for the day area of work was left clean and tidy. The quality of his work is of a high standard and shortly he will be starting to do similar work on my second bedroom. Highly recommended Lucia Braithwaite

Did a great job painting and finishing my main bedroom and stripping out old fitted wardrobes. Job was finished on time and Gary went the extra mile to deliver customer satisfaction, by also setting up media in the bedroom. Great value for money and would definitely use again.
