Internal Painting & Decorating
I hired Tom to undertake a bathroom installation. The bathroom has not been finished to a high standard but the worst part is that it leaks into the kitchen below directly onto the kitchen light so not just causing a leak but a potential fire hazard. I have asked Tom to repair this defect in this work and he has refused.

But also did not let you know when he left this comment. He contacted me one year later when he had more work done to the kitchen and they taken the kitchen ceiling out by disturbing the shower tray pipe by right by redirecting the pipework and that’s why it was leaking.

Untrue response from Tradesperson, no contact was made a year later, in fact i was not living in the property a year later.
Internal Painting & Decorating
We would not use Tom again and definitely can't recommend him. His decorating was substandard and we had to employ another company to completely strip and redo the work he did.
Slate & Tiled Roof
Tom and Sons were Professional, and Friendly. I needed an outhouse roof repair which was leaking, gutters replacing and a clear perspex cover so I can go outside without getting wet.Looks Very Tidy and Tom reconfigured the gutters to help with drainage. I have other work that needs doing and won't hesitate to rehire Tom. A realistic Quote compared with others.
