To be fair I was booked into to do the blinds on Tuesday but we couldn't do because you didn't think they would arrive in time??you then changed the date to Friday, I informed you on Wednesday that I was unable to do the work due to other work, giving you time to source another trader to complete then you give a bad review?? for something we have no control over hopefully other people will see through this with all the other comments of the work we have done ?
