I am Matt from Complete PHG.
We are Gas Safe Registered specialising in all aspects of Plumbing Heating and Gas.
Our engineers are fully qualified and dedicated to providing the best, most cost effective solution. We pride ourselves on our reputation for excellence and we continually strive for complete customer satisfaction, with our knowledge, professionalism and hard work.
We offer plumbing heating and gas services for every type of issue - ranging from general plumbing duties, boiler repairs, full central heating installations and upgrades.
Our clients range from private landlords, commercial businesses, local councils and of course, our core private customers.
We believe that no job is too big or too small and understand that plumbing issues may arise out of hours and are available 24/7 for emergencies.
All our work is fully insured and covered by a one year guarantee. Many of our boilers come with a 5 year full parts and labour guarantee.

Arranged 8am appointment weeks ago for what he said would be a quick job. I waited 4 hours and never turned up! Didn't return any of my calls - only sent one WhatsApp back to say he would be there "in an hour or so", and then didn't turn up in that time. Completely wasted a morning after rearranging a work day to accomodate and missed several important meetings. A real shame, as Matt seemed friendly enough on the phone beforehand.

Matt is a very neat worker and offered up different suggestions of how to carry out the job, considering the best finish rather than just going with the easiest route. Matt was also more than happy to offer advice on other plumbing questions I had around the house. Really appreciated it. Would highly recommend.
