Watch out this company don’t answer there phones ignore your text , they gladly take your money, they push you for a 5 star rating immediately, then later all bad work starts showing through , we had a new roof on our conservatory the lead flashing needed to be replaced or just refitted they chose to leave it , now we have damp walls , tried to contact them but they just ignore me , Watch out people if you use these

Hi, Very sorry to hear this, we take all service calls very seriously, we get some some snags every now and then and we always attend site to put them right. I am unaware of this issue with this customer, This is strange as i personally have not had any calls, texts, voicemails or emails regarding this issue and i monitor the phones and emails for the company, possibly you have the wrong number, we fitted this job about 2 years ago, more than willing to get someone on site in the future to look at this.

Great communication prior to and during the work. We were really happy with the roof conversion and the slate-effect tiles we decided on. Would recommend for a solid conservatory roof conversion.

The whole process was easy from start to finish. A competitive price was agreed and work was carried out a few weeks later. The fitting team was professional and left a tidy site at the end of the project. I couldn't find fault with any of the work (I am a Building surveyor). I would recommend these guys 110%. Thank you

I thought this company were excellent. They turned up on time every day and worked hard to get the job done. I can't fault the finish - the roof looks great. Looking forward to seeing if it is warmer in th winter. It is certainly cooler in the sun than it was when the roof was glass.
