Cool 365, were very professional, reliable and helpful with their advice on just what work needed to be done to upgrade our a/c system. They removed my old outdated system and replaced it with a top of the range Mitsubishi system, which i am over the moon with.. The engineer gave a very helpful advice and polite.
We had aircon fitted throughout our home by Cool365 and they did an amazing job! Not only were they clean and tidy during the installation but the were also excellent in providing technical advice about the units we should use and where to place them etc pre install. We will definitely be using them again to fit more aircon in our outbuildings.
I called Cool 365 Ltd as my old a/c units were dirty, noisy, inefficient, and needed replacing. They came looked at my old units and advised me that they could replace the old with brand new Mitsubishi units and even guarantee them under their annual service plan. Install was professional, clean, and I am so happy that I made that phone call. Truly great friendly guys that I would recommend to everyone.
We called Cool365 when our AC stopped working. They diagnosed the issue, repaired the system and got it back working within the same day. Thankfully it was back operational that evening as it was 26 degrees at night! We slept perfectly. Thanks Rita x
