Ben managed a complex plumbing job for me, skillfully orchestrating multiple sub-contractors and ultimately delivering an excellent result that is beautiful to look at. If I can venture a suggestion to Ben, I would say that he needs to relax and don't overthink things, as he sometimes struggles to get out of his own way, despite his obvious talent.

We hired Ben for install a new bathroom and en-suite His time keeping was poor at best He still has work out standing I have tried to contact via mobile letter email and has not responded He promises to do things and simply does not turn up He has a snag list nearly of an typed a4 page full I recon it will cost over 1k to put right
Bathroom, Kitchen and WC Plumbing
We hired Ben to fit a bathroom & ensuite - after 4.5 months the job still wasn't completely finished. Cost me £250 to pay someone else finish. I literally lost count of the amount of times Ben failed to turned up when promised. Even worse a few months later a leak developed where Ben hadn't joined two pipes properly. The ensuite tiles had to be ripped up. He promised to fix but then ignored messages and didn't come back (6 weeks now passed). Have been quoted £900 to vectify by another tradesmen. Be warned.
Power Showers and Pump
Ben told me exactly what level of service I should expect and what he intended to deliver. He didn't disappoint. He was also very honest in explaining that aspects to the job were unnecessary so avoiding unnecessary cost. Highly recommended.
