Everything was completed on time, at the time that had been arranged. I cannot say at this time if the problem has been solved, as the damp marks on the bedroom walls will obviously not disappear immediately. The explanation of the probable cause was explained to me , and l feel reasonably confident that the treatment will solve the problem .

Ian from CPM made contact quickly and priced up promptly. The price was fair and the job was completed well and to a good standard. Communication with Ian throughout was good.

Having discussed the problem with Ian on the phone we arranged a date for his team to come and provide a quote. The guys arrived as arranged and provided a quote. As it was a smaller job they were able to complete the work there and then. I would be happy to use Ian and his team should we experience any other problems in the future
