Reassuring phone contact, very prompt arrival, and a good job completed. However, the cost was somewhat high at £65 for 20 minutes work. Nonetheless, I would use this firm again.

The job would have taken longer but for the fact that there was two tradesmen present. As for the price, it was £60.00.

Fair point regarding the price: there were indeed two plumbers which reduced the time and in fairness to PlumbTech the job was completed to my total satisfaction with a small side job being completed too. I would have no hesitations in using this firm again or in recommending them to friends.

Plumbtec were on the job within 25 minutes. The job at first seemed straightforward but there were the inevitable complications with the original installers work. This meant Plumbtec had a job which took longer than we all thought. No matter, they did a great job at the agreed price and in a very clean and tidy way. I would recommend them without hesitation.
