I would have expected the wood flooring to be steam cleaned rather than just use a mop. Good customer service and accommodating.

Clive was responsive and on time, however the quality of the job his company performed was very bad! I cannot call it professional cleaning! There was no furniture or carpets in the house and the flat is pretty new, the only job I’ve asked to do is to clean the kitchen and the bathrooms after the previous tenant. The cleaning was a light touch up (not professional) - I could do it myself!

Clive did a good job of cleaning the carpets and floors. The Windows, fridges and oven could have done with a bit more cleaning
