We specialise in extensions of all sizes and varied designs, loft conversions, orangeries and bespoke house builds. In addition, and if required, we also offer a Design and Planning Service.
We have numerous examples of our work in and around the North West which past clients are happy to allow you to see. They will also be delighted to discuss with you their experiences of D & M Construction. Some of our work can be seen in the images below.
We are always punctual, polite, clean and tidy and respectful of our clients' property and possessions. This applies to both the internal and external space. The majority of our assignments involve working around our clients' individual needs, which include continuity of general household services such as water, gas and electricity in key areas ie kitchens and bathrooms, as the build progresses.

Albeit I didn't go ahead, I couldn't fault the interest and quick response from Dave. If I do go ahead at some point his number is defo in my book.

We used DM construction for a 2 storey extension. Dave was absolutely brilliant. He managed the project from start to finish, gave us really good advice, built everything to a really high standard, and won't rip you off. I will definitely be giving him a call for my next project! Great attention to detail, and knows loads of good people who can do any job on your building project. He put us in touch with plumbers, tilers, roofers, renderers and joiners and they have all been great. Transformed our house.

I can’t thank Dave and his trades people enough, went into the project fairly blind and didn’t realise the extent of work that would be needed to make the plans come to reality.
