I am very grateful to Merrick for solving my hot water problem, caused by a faulty valve, which meant I had not had proper hot water for two years. I had a number of companies turn the work down. Merrick was thorough, polite, had good communication. He replaced the valve within a couple of hours and I now have hot water again throughout the house. I would recommend him without any hesitation.
