He fitted the water pump on 2 August and charged me £550. It never worked adequately from day one. Repeated promises that he'd come to replace it. I last had such a promise in early December. It's now the end of January. I'm a pensioner now, so have to wait to pay someone else to fit a new one - they quoted me only £250-300 ... when I can afford it in March, I'll have it done. I don't expect I'll hear from him again. Very disappointed to say the least
Power Showers and Pump
When he arrived he explained what needed to be done and during the work he was communicating with me on how it was going and what problems there was. He was very knowledgeable and I would recommend him for any plumbing work. Very good communication all the way through the process
