  Sorry to hear your disappointed with are services it is unfortunate that we had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances u did not take this dicision lightly we offered you over dates to complete to agreed works which u declined we are not a fake company and all my reviews are from real customers.. that’s why we take deposits from jobs sorry you feel like this

  Derek took the job and took a deposit. He cancelled at the last minute. He offered other dates that did not work for us or a refund. We asked for the refund. He never replied to many messages and has not refunded us for work that was never done.

  DEREK STEVENS PLASTERING SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS. HE TOOK A DEPOSIT WITH NO INTENTION OF STARTING LET ALONE COMPLETING THE WORK. HE IS PUSHY REGARDING PAYMENT OF A DEPOSIT AND IS NOT HONOURABLE NOR PROFESSIONAL. WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR THE RETURN OF OUR DEPOSIT. NO EXPLANATION NOR APOLOGY HAS BEEN GIVEN.

I found this company did what was promised. They were diligent in covering everything that could possibly get dusty in removing old plaster from affected wall and left wall smooth to the touch. Also, very polite.
