What work was done was done very well but the job that was completed was not the job quoted and paid for, so I cannot offer my recommendation for this tradesman. He was the most expensive which I took to mean he would be best but I was proved wrong.

the job quoted for was done as the owner asked but he wanted extra work doing that was`nt quoted for and not part of the job that`s why it did`nt get done and why he`s rated me as he has done.

The coverstaion when Dale asked would I like him to include ceilings in the quote was witnessed by a friend at 20% above his nearset rival I am certain he quoted for ceilings. I do not tell lies and I am certainly NOT mistaken!
