Complete Kitchen Refurbishment
Dale and his team were brilliant. The schedule was set out and agreed in advance and adhered to pretty much to the day. The different trades turned up as planned and each one was excellent. We are delighted with the workmanship and the finished kitchen and would thoroughly recommend Dale, particularly with his experience of fitting Wren kitchens.

Water Underfloor Heating
Would not recommend. Project is still outstanding, I moved my family back in May 2018. Dale does not answer your calls or return them. I have paid for work that remains outstanding and have tried to chase him up several times now having to go down the legal route. Dale has also taken my scaffolding which still hasn’t been returned. I would caution any work with him and only pay for completed work as would hate for anyone else to go through what we have.

At start of the works unfortunately you were in a bad predicament with your previous builder and I offered to help on top of the initial job required to get the family back in to the family home of which I did with professionalism all the way. During this process the funds available at the costs agreed and quoted were always scrutinised even though agreed from the out set. Yes work is outstanding and so are monies owed, due to your re mortgage and lack of plans we would be happy to discuss any problems

As an addition I have not taken your scaffolding as this was owned by the previous builder which you kept behind

I have a clear record of funds being paid as per schedule and on time, I never withheld payment. I only ever questioned costs for work which was not complete/materials were not on site, and hence the position we are in now I was right to do so. A small amount of monies are owed, however it is clear that the works outstanding far outweigh this & this is the reason why you have not returned to complete the work as promised, which I would say is not very professional at all.

We have been trying to contact you for months with no reply, if you wish to discus you have our contact details. The scaffolding was passed to me through an arrangement with my previous builder, Regardless of that argmt it was not yours to take or keep. I agreed for you to borrow it for 2 weeks in July and have not heard or seen from you since nor has it been returned.I would hardly class this as professional behaviour.The above is factual info, would hate for anyone else to suffer the same.

Bathroom Installation
Dale's team installed a new bathroom for us. Great response in quickly providing a competitive quote, work began and finished on time, left in a good position each evening and solutions found to all the problems that arose. All the team friendly and hard working. Really pleased with the outcome. Would recommend to others.
Cellar & Basement Conversion
Wow! What can i say? This is the first basement conversion i’ve had done and the transformation was first class! The budget, the planning ideas, the high standard and all this turnaround within the agreed timescale. Dale is very professional and knows exactly what he is talking about.
