Dan delivers (very) good work for a fair price and he is reliable (good communication, shows up on time), very service-oriented, tidy and a very friendly & pleasant person. He's done several jobs for us now and I would certainly ask him back,

I’ve used a number of tradespeople in the past and generally been satisfied. However, Dan is in a class all of his own. He was absolutely faultless. Project was on time, on budget, very high quality workmanship, polite, and flexible on minor additional requests. It’s great to have someone who clearly cares about the project as much as you do, and takes a real pride in their work. 5 stars does not do him justice. Would recommend to everyone.
