Came and quoted me, very friendly and agreed a date. Then when it came to the day told me he was 15 minutes away and then just never came. Still hasn't got back in touch with me yet despite 5 texts on the day and one on the next. Let down after feeling like it was sorted following the quote. (Can't rate the quality for obvious reasons or the value)

I turned up at 10 o'clock that morning to no answer! 20 mins later I got a text saying sorry and to turn up anytime. I turned back up at 11 after giving 15 mins notice to be knocking on the door and no answer again. So I stopped communication with him after 2 wasted trips and carpets cut to size.
Linoleum Flooring
I can't rate Darren highly enough, he was flexible when we had to change our fit date and did a fabulous job for a really good price and he is such a nice guy as well, we have already booked him to do our kitchen.
Carpet Fitters
Darren seemed to be a good guy, provided with me a quote and we decided a date. On the day he did not arrive, as his van had broken down, but then did not respond to my messages or answer my calls - Which left me ringing around last minute to find another fitter and really messing up my moving in date. Very unprofessional!
Laminate Flooring
Darren was easy to communicate with, fitted in my job quickly and did a great job. Would ask him again.
