He was extremely efficient and did an extremely good carpet fitting job, especially as the carpet i asked him to lay was not the correct size and had been sitting around in the spare room for a long time. Darren called within hours of the job being registered and came to do the work the next day. He and his lad were very polite and amenable and let me know when he was running a little late. They worked flat out and did a fantastic job which was amazing considering it involved a carpet I inherited from family and hadn't actually inspected. It turned out to have more damage than expected. Darren managed to arrange the cutting so that I had the best bit in the right place, which meant a lot of fiddling around and re arranging. I am really happy with the result and would not hesitate to have them back for my next carpet.
