Fitted Kitchens
Darren fitted my kitchen in Sept 2020. While Darren is a nice man, I was disappointed in his workmanship. On his several return visits I had to ask for basic work to be completed to a decent standard, eg cupboard doors fitted level. The mess left in my house was excessive, especially as I had trusted Darren with a key while I was away - he called this a "man clean". For this reason I did not ask Darren to return to complete the tiling. Darren seemed to take little pride in his work, which is a real shame.

Since having the tiling worked on, we have learned that the cupboards and extractor fan have been fitted slightly wonky, making more work for our tiler. We are still trying to remove the excess of silicone sealant over our surfaces.

Well, 8 months on the fridge door has fallen off, revealing a selection of small random screws to hold it up. Amazing it held up as long as it did. Also, on having our new floor laid we discovered a kitchen plinth had been glued to the laminate flooring. Sent a picture of this to Darren to query and he has yet to reply 2 weeks on. Nightmare from start to finish.
