Very pleased with service leading up to the job. I was pleased that Daniel offerred to start the job early even though it was a Sunday evening. The work was completed ahead of schedule, to a good standard, so much so that we asked for an extra room to be decorated. Both jobs completed to timescales, ensuring the refurbishment of our fitness facility was able to proceed without any delays at all. Will definitely use again. Dan is reliable, trustworthy and polite. He offers advice when needed and his work is of a high standard. He is a tidy worker and his charges a very fair. Highly recommended!

  When Dan had completed the work on the 23 September we felt he had done a really good job. However, within 2 weeks gloss paint was coming off the woodwork. We are waiting for Dan to return and remedy the problem. However this is proving difficult because he has other customers booked in for work. Until

  Hiya anna if u would like to call a decorator for a 2nd opinion and he agrees with you then i will happily return to rectify any problems you have. All the work was completed as u said to a very high standard given the circumstances and all the best products were used to create a very high finish! I even returned to ur home at a time that suited you but then you turned me away anna i thought that was very unfair. Kind regards Danny

  1st. You've failed to respond to messages left overlast 4 days to contact us The Weds you came was the earlies you said you could do I was leaving for a medical appointment I was given that morning. I asked for you to return so we would have time to go through the work and agree what was needed. You offered to leave paint to do it ourselves. I offered you nearly 3 weeks to remedy the work. Advice from 2 experienced dec's already done. Most of the gloss work needs redoing & paintwork on doors. .

  After giving him 2 professinal opions both agreeing that insufficient prepration (Sanding) of surfaces led to paint falling off he withdrew his offer and refused to come back. Now getting professional decorator to do work. Taking court action action,against DC Decorating Services.

Excellent. Daniel worked quickly and was very tidy. He was able to give good advice and make recommendations. He also did a bit of extra work that I hadn't mentioned in the quote and made our bathroom look great. I have asked him to come back and do some more work for us next year as I was very impressed ! Tradesmen like this are few and far between !

Exceeded expectations especially as not an easy job. As well as doing an great job on the painting, thoughtful in terms of extra work which made the overall finish look better - e.g. minor repairs to wood. Punctual, polite and trustworthy. Think somebody else said this - drinks lots of tea! Would definitely recommend.
