Living 100 miles from the job, I needed a reliable contractor I felt I could trust. David and his team more than lived up to my expectations. He renovated a complete one bedroom flat from re wire, re plumb, new boiler bathroom, kitchen, flooring, fitted cupboards etc the list goes on. All work was carried out by qualified trades people and certificates of work issued where necessary. He started the job when he said he would, worked long hours and most importantly finished ON TIME, ON BUDGET.
House Extension
David and his team completed this project within the time frame we agreed. David was great at coming up with ideas to improve the build that we hadn’t already thought of. They worked beyond what I would have expected in terms of hours and effort. They overcame any difficulties that cropped up and communicated well with me when needed. There were no hidden costs and we stuck well to our budget. The standard of work is good. The only issue has been some small areas of damp which David will now advise us on.
House Extension
The work was done to a good standard and whilst over-ran from a time perspective was understandable. The team work hard, for long hours and are punctual. They are aware they are working on someone's home not just enough job. David goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy and unlike other builders is focused on the finish not just the structure. They are tidy. The result for us is an excellent side and rear extension and loft conversion in 5 months. We would recommend and use David again.
House Extension
David added value throughout the project. He suggested design changes, which were a great success. David also took the time to walk concerned neighbours through their issues and demonstrate that everything was as it should be. We kept in touch throughout and there were no unexpected costs. We are delighted with the build, and we have been getting compliments from people passing by. Some of our near neighbours obviously agree as they have hired David too.

The work carried out by Dave and his team was of a very high standard. We are very happy with the end result. I was particularly impressed with the ideas that Dave had in the early part of the build. We have ended up with a much better house/design as a result of his ideas. He has a very good knowledge of all areas of construction. We always felt that we were in very good hands. Dave takes a lot of pride in his work and cared a great deal about the quality of the entire project. I would strongly recommend.
