Partition Wall
Dean and colleague were friendly, punctual and did a lovely Tidy job building our partition wall for us and would recommend for sure ????.
Underpinning / Piling / Foundations
DJS completed renovations to my property in July/August 2023. The scope changed considerably after investigations and amounted to digging out a concrete floor & relaying with modern reinforcements. The work was heavy and the only access was through the property this was completed cleanly given the circumstance. His team are strong and adaptable. And completed all the add-on work skilfully and with a mind to my budget. Recommend for plastering, painting, demolition, construction. Large and small projects.

Home Improvements
I had high hopes after Dean and I went over what was required but the result was very Disappointing. The brickwork to block the door wasn't level and was protruding externally approx half an inch at the top and the bricks that were used to brick up the window were too small and left a result that sagged in the middle, wasn't level and the pointing was very poor. I asked if Dean was happy with the result and he said he would look at it but didn't see Dean again. Great Friendly guys but poor result.

customer altering jobs had 2 trades before walk off wanted hole patching up then toothed in for same price was trying to bodge a garage conversion without proper insulation egs and cut corners with electrical work was constantly over our shoulder walked off job as fact being wasn't putting my name to his profound ideas. and bartering with agreed prices.
