I was given a quote for the work. After the guttering was removed, I was told that there was too much mortar under the hip which would have to be removed and the soffit reconnected. I was charged double the original quote. The gutter still leaks so I messaged them to come back. He said he would return but I have not heard from him since.

Danny was very polite, went above and beyond to source the correct fitting (previous fitter hadn't used the right part, hence it had blown off) and checked for any other issues whilst on the roof, sealing a few bits he noticed. Quick professional invoice for my records, clean and tidy worker. Thoroughly recommend
