Garage Conversion
Daniel was fantastic throughout the job (Garage conversion and bay window creation). He was friendly, approachable and hugely customer focussed. There were a few unexpected developments during the project but Daniel consistently ensured that we got the outcome we wanted rather than just a quick fix and regularly went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. The quality of the finish is excellent. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend DM Builds (and have already asked for quotes on some further jobs!)
Garage Conversion
I would without any reservations, recommend Dan for any building work or home improvements. Right from the very start, he was friendly, courteous, always on time and professional on all levels. I never had to worry about Dan not turning up to complete the works. His attention to detail is exemplary and every aspect of it performed to the highest quality. The result is that I now have a garage conversion that my children can enjoy for many years to come. Thank you so much Dan :)

Floor Tiling
I initially received a fair quote for preparing and tiling the porch floor, but in conversation with Daniel as he worked it turned out I didn’t need to find someone else to fit and plaster the lowered ceiling that was also required as he could do that too. I was very pleased with the results (see his photos) and will be booking him for further house maintenance work shortly. He is pleasant and cheerful, pays attention to what is wanted, works to a high standard and I have no hesitation in recommending him.
