Asked for roofer...to clean gutters and sort leak out in roof..ended up with a young lad...who brought ladders that did not reach the roof..told me he would jet wash roof, come with his dad sort problem out...at the end mr Vespa plastering was not a roofer...didnt bring jet wash..told me he's not a roofer...didn't fully clean the guttering didn't put the clips on guttering and didnt see where the leak was coming from..our problem still unresolved ...then tells me he only deals in fascias and soffits

What a shame that rated people has to be ruined by customers like yourself. The job i purchased was "Gutters need cleaning , front and back....". You never stated to me on the phone about needing a roofer just a mear gutter clean. Untill i had done the job then you wanted loads of extras in with the prcie. Then to top it off you pay me half of what we agree on the phone. i never said im a roofer im a plasterer/buildier bthat makes me qualified to clean some gutters. You should be banned.
