Came and did most of the work, but didn't do all the work due to a misunderstanding during the booking process (despite the initial job description). Rushed off and then wanted to charge extra to come and finish.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry for any misunderstanding. We completed the agreed work (the bath panel and boiler cover) as per your updated request after your original contractor choice didn't turn up. Additional re-silicone work around the sink and bath wasn’t included, and the initial job mentioned only "minor silicone work." Given the extra time needed, we offered to return on the same day for an additional fee. Please reach out if you'd like to discuss further.
