In October, quoted £800 to level and turf 80 sqm. Left the soil to harden. He came in April and remeasured. This time, it magically increased to 96 sqm and wanted £960. After completing without any levelling, there was still an area left. When asked to lay the excess turf in the truck, said it is for another customer and left. When I measured the turfed area, it came to 81 sqm. Contacted him to return the 15 sqm, wants another £200. Now asking not to contact, so leaving this feedback. Untrustworthy workman.

Prompt, polite and very flexible. Did just what we asked. When I changed my mind half way through was able to efficiently accommodate my requests without any fuss and none of the ‘sharp intake of breath’ builders often reply with. Would recommend. ??
