This is the 2nd time we have Dave to do work in our home. This time Dave hung two new very heavy internal oak doors including fitting new hinges, mortice locks and door handles. The work that Dave did is to a very high standard. He took great care with the door and accessories and, most importantly, he is scrupulously clean. While Dave was here he also helped complete some work on our external doors - as ever he is very flexible. Dave is very friendly and courteous. We have been delighted with his work.

Dave and his son were on time, very professional and did the job (hanging and fitting 8 stripped pine doors) to an excellent standard. They both communicated with us if there was any issues with each door or just to check how we wanted it done. Very happy and would recommend them to anyone.

  We had to unfortunately change our original rating after some thought due to the following: The doors were not cut symmetrically, door furniture had to be moved after miscommunication resulting in extra holes, old latches still left in frame, marks and scuffs left on walls, and door frame joinery was not up to standard.

  The work was done as instructed , all the doors were second hand all had weak joints due to dipping , all the doors had holes in where the original latches had been we did ask on a number of accations if the work was satisfactory and what we was doing was correct
