Dustin responded quickly, was able to come out immediately and identified the problem area with our leaking kitchen lever tap. He researched and provided options for sourcing replacement parts. He offered to order the parts, but also gave us the option to buy directly, which we opted to do. Polite, courteous and tidy. He was prompt and efficient in coming back to fit the new parts. A good all round first experience!

Bathroom, Kitchen and WC Plumbing
Dustin did a good and thorough job of removing our old mixer taps and installing new ones. He even gave me tips on how to do it myself in the future! He is friendly and professional and will definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a good plumber.

Power Showers and Pump
As new home owners this was the first time we had to use a plumber (to install a water pump) and so were understandably a little nervous, however we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Dustin's communication was excellent and we were always clear what the next steps were. He was courteous, friendly and professional and clearly confident and very knowledgeable about his job. Overall very pleased with the experience and my partner and I (have) and would highly recommend Dustin.

Dustin did a great job of fitting our self contained kitchen unit. I would highly recommend him for any other plumbing jobs — he was diligent, friendly, cost effective and even cleaned up after himself with his own vacuum cleaner!
