We respond to call outs promptly and can provide expert advice. Some companies may charge a call out fee, however at dynalec we do not! There are no hidden charges and our hourly rate would not start until we got to the job.
Our engineers are friendly, clean and tidy and will work to suit the customer's needs. We are very flexible and happy to work around you.
Remember- an emergency is an emergency. Therefore once notified, we will send out an engineer to your home or business as soon as possible and neutralize any risk of injury or damage to you and/or your property. We have engineers available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year. We will always aim to be with you as soon as possible.

Would give zero stars if an option. Came to replace a heating element in standalone towel rail. After an hour left to allegedly get a new timer which was needed as he'd blown all the electrics in the house. After 2 hours he had not returned nor would answer any calls. It was at this point I realised he had simply done a runner. When qualified (I suspect he's not) electriction inspected. Live cut wires were left in the wall cavity causing the blow and a major fire hazard. Simply had no skills. Avoid.
