After a mix up over the original arranged date,Louise was very apologetic and helpful in re-scheduling for the following morning when Lewis the plumber arrived at the exact agreed time slot. He then showed and explained what the cause of the problem was then carried out the work professionally and efficiently. Now after months of taps dripping continuously, not a splash. Delighted.

The guy was meant to arrive at 6pm, he did phone around 6.15 to advise he was stuck in traffic and would be here around 7pm. I advised I had to go out but would be back around 7.10. He said he would wait. When I got home there was a card through my door to advise he had other customers to go to. Raging is an understatement. He can be late for me but on time or early for next customer

We are very sorry about your experience. Your appointment was for after 6pm, not an exact 6pm appointment. We attend a large number of emergencies. As I am sure you will appreciate, we can never tell how long a job will take until we see it, which is why we offer a time window. The plumber kept you informed of his progress and attended at 6:50pm. When he spoke to you it was suggested that you would be five minutes - he waited a further 20 minutes before leaving his card through the door.
