Having specifically searched for my two-year-old gas boiler to be serviced, I was thrilled when EM Plumbing & Heating got back in touch. Extremely professional and helpful, the gentleman serviced my boiler, replaced a damaged part and serviced all my radiators and heated towel rad. Very fair price for service and additional part. Ellis was punctual and carried out my boiler service in an efficient and professional manner. He was friendly and readily answered any questions I had. I will definately use him again next year.

Prompt reply to messages and quotes. Tackled fireplace professionally and clean. Also did additional job of replacing hot tap (which had very difficult access behind ceramic sink). Good service has meant repeat work installing radiator.
