There is a fee of £80.00 for a full damp survey report to the property this fee is only payable when the damp survey report is recieved by the customer and this fee will be deducted from the quotation if you employ us to carry out the works to be carried out on your property.

We also offer a penetrating damp treatment to brick and stone houses using a Masonry Protection Cream this is a paintable silicone cream emulsion that waterproofs brick, stone, concrete and masonry to a BBA approved standard which is guarantee for 10 years by Yorkshire Coast Damp Specialists Ltd. A single coat application is required to create a breathable barrier to penetrating damp which is also Energy Saving plus reducing heat loss from your property.
