Gas Boiler - Installation
Requested annual service did not cure the intermittent fault as hoped. This required some more visits before the problem was traced to the circuit board. Replaced, and no problems since.
Bathroom, Kitchen and WC Plumbing
Would like to have been positive but: -No invoice provided - No receipts for expensive extras provided - Bath not installed as instructed - Sink out of level by some way - Ruined bath panel by very inaccurate placing of cut out for pipes and we spent 20 mins listening to silly explanations as to why it should not be a problem. - Tap leaked after install and he became 'uncontactable'. Generally I would say he represents poor quality and reliability at a high price so try other tradespeople on this site.
Bathroom, Kitchen and WC Plumbing
Martin was very prompt, carried out the repair to a high standard and for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend eclipse heating.
Power Showers and Pump
Martin was a wonderful person to get on with. He is good and reliable. Timing excellent.
Water Tanks and Immersion Heater
Martin rang before his visit to let me know when to expect him. He was punctual and polite and got the job done quickly and professionally. He even found time to explain PCBs to my curious four year old!
