Never received a quote to the work after a visit inspection was made and despite follow-up calls that were never been responded to!!

Complete Bathroom Refurbishment
Myself and two family members arranged to meet this guy and he duly arrived in his van and parked opposite our property. He waved to us as we were standing outside. He was blocking a driveway so he drove round the corner to find a space to park - or so we thought - he just vanished. So rude not to speak to us and waste our time..

I am disappointed to have received this negative review! after I arrived at the property i received an urgent call to attend a family emergency, i did explain this and profusely apologised for the inconvenience. I offered to re- attend another time which wasn't suitable.
