Wooden Doors - Internal
Job was to modify 2 antique pine doors. This he did by cutting from one side thus ruining the symytry of a fine quality door. He cut off too much material leaving a gap in the door on closing. He did not fix catches correctly so it is not possible to keep bedrooms private. The edges have saw rings and the heavy door were left with only 2 hinges. These facts have been verified. I have had to resort to the courts as he has not rectified only offering to return fee and not replace the doors.
Laminate Flooring
Shoddy work- attached expensive beading with metal pins using a gun (not glued). Job done in minutes to save him time, instead of glueing. Even that is not attached to wall properly ! Looks disgusting. Have to pay for it to be redone. Asks for more money above agreed quote.

Hi Dr Farah As explained when installing Scotia Beads are nailed/pinned. You are the first person to complain regarding paslode nail gun fixing. I had quoted you £21 Sqm @ £273 agreed £260 on phone prior. After completion you gave £220 where I accepted just explained i quoted 260 asked to take rubbish and previous rubbish left by other builders which I done free of charge. Very disappointed with response

Nathan done a fantastic job on cutting and hanging 3 interior wooden doors and handles. 2 out of 5 doors were the wrong size, he offered to take them to the shop to exchange for the correct size. Nathan is professional, polite, on time and completes the work fast with precision to detail. We recommend him :)
