He takes the time to explain what is the correct manner of doing the job, yet also works well within the customers’ specifications & needs. Punctuality is exemplary. He knows his job in all respects. Waldemar was a friendly chap who did the job exactly to the standard I expected with minimal fuss. He was even kind enough not to charge me extra than originally quoted when he realised I'd forgotten to originally state several other electrical appliances which needed safety testing in the job posting.
