I instantly received a message from Giussepe. I called him up to discuss, we agreed at £50 hour and at 3:30pm he visited the property. He then said atleast £60 becuz its different kind of light than expected. I agreed at £60 , once he opened the light from the ceiling. He said a new connector needs to be installed it will be atleast £100 & £20 extra for switch. So took £120 for 1 hour Job of changing ceiling light & Light switch. I felt ripped off .I have found electricians for £40 before from same website.

  I think you have forgotten the telephone conversation we had before . You clearly said it will be between £45 & £50. I gladly agreed to pay £50 if it’s done same day. Once you arrived & understood we desperately need it done. you quoted more than double. On this same website electricians are available from £40 to £50 per hour. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
