Bilal turned up first thing on a weekend morning to look at the issue. He, very honestly, informed me the cause of the problem wasn't the window itself (which is what I thought), and signposted me to the correct trade discipline. He did not try a hard sell, or make up lies in order for me to use his service. He dealt with my case very honestly, and I apreciate that.

The job was done way quicker than we thought allowing us to move into our newlyrics refurbish house with brand new windows. The fitters came on time, did an excellent job and left after clearing all of their rubbish. Very pleased overall.
