A few minor teething problems which were sorted immediately. Eddie is an extremely knowledgeable and talented gentleman with a great eye for detail and creativity. We discussed what needed doing and he set about the task thoroughly. He offered advice and was happy to answer questions. His team worked very hard to give me a garden that I thoroughly have the pleasure of enjoying. A great service which I shall use again. Thank you Eddie and team.
House Extension
We have been totally bowled over by our new back extension, studio/store, rear garden patio, driveway and exterior rendering. Throughout the the project Pronto Build have been extremely professional, polite and (most importantly) reliable. Our job started on 1st August 2018 and we were back in our house just before Christmas. The whole experience has been pretty much stress-free and we would not hesitate to recommend Eddie and his team.
House Extension
Can’t recommend enough, the most hardworking and respectful tradespeople we have ever used.
Landscaping
Eddie and his team were punctual and reliable. They were really polite. The job was done within the agreed time, was of high quality and no additional costs were added. Payment was not required until completion. Eddie was readily available to answer questions and refine requests or adjustments as the job progressed. I would recommend clients clarify whether the quote given includes VAT as I had not realised it didn’t. I would definitely use ProntoBuild again and recommend to friends.
Garden Design
Eddie and his boys are fantastic, very hard working, nothing to much trouble. Excellant work. The garden was a complete mess when they started, but now it is fabulous, exactly to my plans and drawings. More than I expected. I can't wait for the spring, when I start buying and planting all my plants in the great flower beds, that I now have. I have a beautiful shaped lawn, exactly how I wanted it.
