The quality of the work was generally excellent, we're really pleased with the outcome. The cost came in at £5K over the original quote. Although we anticipated some additional costs, and we were generally happy with and in agreement with the extra costs, we do feel there needed to be much better communication throughout the process, especially in relation to fixtures and fittings being used. The job finished a few days late, however this didn't cause a problem. We're really pleased, thank you
Fitted Kitchens
Empire installed a new kitchen for us and we're very happy with the service they provided. As we had just moved in we had a lot of boxes and rubbish which empire happily took away for us even though it was nothing to do with their works. The team were very accommodating and willing to help throughout the works. Particular thanks to Wayne for helping out
