Andrew was extremely accommodating and kept amending his arrival time based on my changing schedule (due to a hospital appointment). He was polite, professional, and efficient. The problem was not as straightforward as I'd originally thought but he inspected and resolved the issue quickly. I will be contacting him again in the future if I have any electrical issues or concerns.
