Bathroom Installation
We needed a new shower enclosure to fitted without having spend too much time thinking about it! Andy assessed the job, emailed suggestions for fixtures and fittings and provided a realistic quote for the work. He turned up as planned to do the work, worked hard and finished the job to our complete satisfaction. I can't recommend EPM Bathrooms highly enough!
Bathroom Installation
Leak on sink, sealant stuck on inside of sink small scratches on sink. When water drains from sink gulping noise as water drains did not happen with old sink. Hole in wall on landing, pump not fitted on on mountings so vibrates, pipe work to pump not insulated properly in loft so risk of freezing in winter. Tile trim around window protruding at top, bottom tile on left of shower not in line, sealant on tiles next to shower cubicle, tiles fitted vertically should have been horizontal. Shower tray not level and does not drain fast enough so water builds up in tray. Window vent broken and frame damaged. Toilet blocked up within two weeks has never happened in the last 15 years.

Andrew was the first to reply when I posted this job, he was the first to come and quote and was the best price. We agreed a start date and he came exactly when we agreed. He completed the job in the time he said it would take and worked to an extremely high standard. Could not fault the work at all. Thank you Andy.
