A stress to deal with! Poor workmanship. Zero aftercare service and our roof is still leaking despite the 15 year warranty provided?! Paid Lewis £2,500 to repair our roof in Nov 2017; ever since we’ve had nothing but issues. Leaks have reoccurred and having reported another in June this year, he’s still not attended and is now ignoring all contact. This is even after showing him the damage caused where there is a 4 yr old living. Actually thought he'd do a good honest job, clearly we were wrong! Pls avoid!

The good news - my previous review and perception has improved significantly. Literally a 180 turnaround. The bad news is Rated People doesn't allow me to remove the previous review, only update it. Therefore just to provide a brief update; Asa has since joined the team and wow what a difference he has made. Very customer centric, communicates very well and really reasonable all round. The guys reattended to resolve the issues and since then no more leaks.

What a saga, not Lewis or his teams fault. The access To the roof tighter than looks and the pigeons had t fully grown. The team knew about DEFRA guidance and what they could/couldn’t do around nests. Lewis was/ is very nice and very clear in communication. Would definitely use again. The job is not fully complete but they assure me they will be back. And I trust them. Use them very friendly courteous and fair.
