Had a damp proof done & Phil was excellent He was prompt and kept me informed of work he was doing. Very polite and nice person. The finished job was excellent and tidied everything up. Definately would recommend him and Evans & Co & would have no hesitation in using them again. Thanks Phil.
Domestic House Cleaning: Regular
Laura, who we understand is the other half of Evans & Co Property Mtce, cleaned our home last week and we're still 'blown away' by the very high standard of her work. You can see a difference in every area of our home that she has touched. Our shower looks like new after she steam cleaned it. Her cleaning is thorough, with added lovely touches - towels are rolled, toilet rolls are left folded and stamped. She is warm and cheerful. We feel we've had a house-keeper of the very highest standard in our home.
Garden Clearance
Phil was excellent at doing our gardening work. His quote beat others. He was prompt and kept us informed of every stage he was doing. Very polite and nice person. The finished job was excellent and everything was left tidy. Definately recommend him and Evans and Co. Property maintenance.
Damp Proofing
After the initial contact Phil came out promptly, he identified the main problem, put my mind at rest about another area I was worried about, He described what he was going to, told me the price. Then came out exactly when he said he would. I was pleased with his work and would certainly use him again. Thanks Phil
