I can highly recommend Nick, Ray and the team. They did a great job on a 300sq mtr office as well as sanding and treating the oak flooring. These guys are professionals and work to a high standard. Very competitive rates too so I’m very glad to have made their acquaintance and will 100% be using them in the future.
I wanted a quality bathroom without organising everything myself and Nick & Ray took it all on. Considering my bathroom is only 6' x 5'.5" their design was great, ideas I'd never considered to make it feel bigger and luxurious. As tiles had been put on top of tiles it had to be stripped down to bare minimum, walls replastered and waterproofed. Unfortunately they also had to sort out previous poor plumbing and thank goodness nothing fazed them. 100% would recommend Exclusive Property Maintenance team
Nick, Ray and Rodney are such lovely and genuine guys and I would highly recommend them. They came out to me very quickly when I had a leak (which I really appreciated as water can do so much damage) and they were all over it - literally! They were all of the roof trying to locate the leak. Once found, it was quickly and professionally mended and then they redecorated the room to a very high standard - it looks better than ever now. Many thanks guys.
