Really unprofessional. Delayed the start to the agreed date then arrived late on the day the work was due to start. Did a day's work and then text to say was not coming back to finish the job due to the heat in the house and his chest. At no point raised an issue about heat of the house ( which was on minimum and the windows were open) when he was here. Very unreliable and unprofessional. While he didn't charge for the day's work he left me in a predicament and didn't even give the courtesy of a phone call.
